We ordered the pizza from this place many times but we also decided to dine in and it was amazing! You cannot reserve a table and you need to order/pay at the counter but the service is great and the pizza is phenomenal! They also have the gluten free alternative which is a great plus! Highly recommended, we are waiting for warmer nights to go back and have a proper Italian pizza right out of the oven also the desserts are great, you have to try the tiramisu and the cannoli!!! Enjoy!!!
This is REALLY GOOD spot to have pizza in Greenpoint. Pizza was sooo delicious even though on of them was a bit soggy. We got Capricciosa and Salsa pizza. Service was great and wait wasn’t long. We didn’t have reservation and we originally placed pizza for to go but when the table opened up outside we ended up sitting there. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends!
We came to Salsa for an event, and it turned out to be the perfect spot! I thoroughly enjoyed each pizza, as they were cooked so deliciously and used very fresh ingredients. Shoutout to the friendly staff as well which topped off the whole experience making this a well rounded spot for delicious Neapolitan-style pizza!
Order at counter and grab a table outside if the weather is nice. Weekday lunch special is a great deal— personal margherita pizza and canned drink (incl Pellegrino sodas) for 13! Dough strips drizzled with Nutella are a simple but satisfying dessert option.
YUMM!! I am a huge fan of Neapolitan pizza and Salsa does a spectacular job! All the ingredients are fresh and the toppings are super generous! The vegan pizza was definitely a sleeper hit. The cannoli and tiramisu were also very good! The tiramisu was decadent without being overly rich and the cannolis were filled with ricotta. There’s a bit of a wait but I’ll definitely be back!!

The pizzas are made fresh and they mix up their offerings seasonally. From a traditional margarita to something a little more sassy with Nduja, all of their pizzas are delicious. They're BYOB (that's right, folks) and their Tuesday deal of buy one pizza, get one for 5 means we're here basically every week. I 3 Salsa. (which means sauce in Italian, for those who don't know)
